Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — General Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You did not receive your digital product after purchase due to a technical error
- The product is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a specific, good-faith concern
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after download
- Dissatisfaction with personal development results (which depend on individual effort)
- Purchases made with coupon codes (unless a technical error occurred)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@mrmetaphysical.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination and forfeiture of access to any purchased products.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
